To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Please remember to keep your order number handy when contacting us.

30-Day Return/Exchange Policy
We believe your space should be nothing short of perfect, hence we provide a 30-day return policy on all our purchases.


Return request time: within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Product Condition: The product must be unused and remain in its original packaging, label intact, unwashed and undamaged.

Returned item (both returned for refunds and returned for exchange) must be in its unassembled original condition and packaging to be accepted. If you don't have the original packaging, unfortunately we are unable to accept your return request. We may request descriptions and images of the products to determine the state of the products prior to accepting return and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges for Products with NO Quality Issue

You will be responsible for the following costs:

Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returning the product will be at your own expense. We recommend that you use a traceable logistics method to ensure that we receive your return.
Re-shipment shipping costs: If you choose to exchange your product, the shipping costs for the new product will also need to be borne by you.


Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and return address.
3. Ship the product back: Please ship the product back to the specified address and include your order number and reason for return in the package.
4. Inspection and Processing: After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange request within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your payment account.


Refund Instructions
Refund Time: After the refund is processed, the amount will be returned to your payment account within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment service provider.
Refund amount: The refund amount only includes the actual amount paid for the product, excluding the shipping cost of the original order.
